How do I get started with WhatsApp?
Create your free workspace, then connect your WhatsApp Business account and number through Meta’s signup flow in Nexiom Connect. Every plan includes WhatsApp messages each month.
Can I connect my own business number?
Yes. You connect a number through your WhatsApp Business account. Meta’s eligibility and verification requirements apply; our team can help you understand the setup for your business.
What messages can I send?
Send approved WhatsApp templates with personalized text, such as order confirmations, appointment reminders, and delivery updates. Use them with customers who have agreed to hear from your business on WhatsApp.
Can I bring my existing templates?
Yes. Sync templates from your connected WhatsApp Business account, or create a text template in Nexiom Connect and submit it for Meta’s review. You can see approval status and available languages in your workspace.
How do I know what happened to a message?
Open your message log to inspect sent, delivered, read, and failed statuses as updates arrive from WhatsApp. Read status is available when WhatsApp provides a read receipt.
