Nexiom Connect sends your application's transactional email — sign-up confirmations, password resets, receipts, alerts — from your own domain, and WhatsApp messages from your own business number. It tells you what happened to every message.

What you need to send email

  1. A sending domain you can add DNS records to, such as mail.example.com.
  2. An API key from your project's dashboard.

That's it. Once the domain is verified, send with the Node.js SDK, the PHP SDK, or any HTTP client.

Terminal
curl -X POST "https://api-connect.nxiom.com/api/v1/emails/send" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $NEXIOM_API_KEY" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: welcome-user-123" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "from": "hello@mail.example.com",
    "to": "reader@example.com",
    "subject": "Welcome",
    "text": "Thanks for joining us."
  }'

How email works

  1. Verify your domain

    Add a subdomain such as mail.example.com and publish the DNS records shown in your dashboard. Nexiom Connect checks them automatically. See Domains.

  2. Send email

    Call the API with a verified sender address and an Idempotency-Key, so retries never send twice. See Sending email.

  3. Follow delivery

    Every recipient gets a delivery record: sent, delivered, bounced, opened, clicked. Read it from email logs or receive it as a webhook.

Send WhatsApp messages

Connect your WhatsApp Business number from the dashboard, get a message template approved by WhatsApp, and send it with one request. Statuses arrive as webhooks, from sent to read. Start with the WhatsApp quickstart.
